Jonathan S. OrbanChief Executive Officer
Mr. Orban was a founding Principal and Managing Director of WestPark Capital, Inc., where he specialized in private placements, including institutional 144 and non-arbitrage Regulation D private placements of debt and equity for private and public companies. Previously, Mr. Orban was with Norcross & Company, Joseph Charles & Associates and EBI Securities Corporation. Prior to his two years with Norcross & Company, he was an analyst and trader for First London Securities Corporation. His corporate finance experience has focused on generating, analyzing, structuring and placing middle-market based finance transactions. Mr. Orban started, built and managed the private equity groups for both EBI Securities Corporation and Joseph Charles & Associates. Mr. Orban served in special operations in the military, and holds a B.S. from the University of Phoenix.
Pankaj ChowdhryPresident, Chief Information Officer
Mr. Chowdhry has held various management positions in the high tech industry most recently with Ziff Davis Inc. He has over a decade of experience in the networking industry and he has consulted with some of the premier IP equipment manufacturers. Prior to his consulting career, he was CEO of Axonet Technologies, a startup Ethernet switch manufacturer. He started his career with Olympian Graphics, eventually leading their IT division as Vice President of IT. Mr. Chowdhry has lectured at various industry symposiums on the areas of high availability and security.
Charles StuardManaging Director – Sales and Marketing
Charles Stuard currently serves as Managing Director in charge of Third Pillar client relationships. He has over 15 years experience in Financial Services and technology as a Consultant and a Corporate Relationship Manager. Prior to joining Third Pillar, Mr. Stuard managed the U.S. Financial Service practice at Proxicom/ Dimension Data where he oversaw the delivery and account management for Internet based development projects with clients such as Merrill Lynch, JP MorganChase and GE Capital.
Previously, Mr. Stuard spent four years as a management consultant with Booz Allen and Hamilton in the Financial Services Practice and prior to that he was a Vice President of Chemical Bank in New York City with the Middle Market Banking Group. During his career Mr. Stuard has done work for a wide range of institutions including Citibank, American Express, BankBoston and the Internal Revenue Service. Mr. Stuard holds an MPPM from Yale University, a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Franklin and Marshall College and has studied at the London School of Economics.
John C.D. FreemanDirector of Program Management
John Freeman has over 12 years experience in software design, consulting and project management. He has managed large engagements for companies that include GE Capital, Merrill Lynch, JPMorgan/Chase and Bank of America with multi-disciplined teams. Mr. Freeman has performed organizational planning and execution for program-wide application deployment, risk identification, evaluation and resolution. He has integrated and managed product teams, project teams, QA teams and technical architects.
Formerly with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Mr. Freeman served as senior developer to build complex natural gas planning, purchasing and scheduling applications for large public utilities. Before joining PwC, he spent his early career in electrical engineering troubleshooting industrial projects. Mr. Freeman holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University.
Steffen WollmerEuropean Territory Director
Mr. Wollmer has 13 years experience managing and delivering complex technical projects for Fortune 500 clients such as Deutsche Bank, Mellon Financial Corporation, Bank of New York, Altria Group, Merck & Company and New York Times Publishing. Prior to joining Third Pillar Systems, Mr. Wollmer was Delivery Director at Proxicom responsible for Program Management activities servicing the JPMorgan Chase account, where he successfully led numerous projects and organized project management activities involving Internet banking.
Mr. Wollmer has a Masters Degree from New York University, a Bachelors Degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Delaware and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. He speaks fluent German and has worked extensively in Europe.
