Application Hosting
Third Pillar can host LoanPath implementations for our clients with a hosting agreement and specific Service Levels Agreements (SLA's) as required. Third Pillar provides SLA's with regard to system up time with each hosting agreement.
Typically Third Pillar provides a minimum System Availability Performance of 99.9% (not including scheduled downtime). Support is available during defined business hours via phone and email and during non-business hours via beeper.
Typically our hosting agreements are set up so that the client can bring the hosting in-house at their discretion.
Third Pillar also provides implementation support services for installs within client firewalls depending on client preference.
